Performances at Project Montaj

It's been nearly a year since I took Suhaila's HK Weeklong Intensive and more than a year since I last performed at the Halloween Goth Party. In the interim: moving to Singapore, moving from short-term housing to long-term housing, the whole application and visa process for LASALLE College of the Arts, swinging from full workload to balancing classes, workload and some kind of social life. When I finally started craving the dance, I jumped right in and e-mailed the people I knew. This is just the beginning of what's to come - and it's great to be dancing again!

Performing a completely improvised veil dance for phase 1, and a half-improvised half-choreographed dance for phase 2 at Project Montaj, International Women's Day. Many thanks to Angie & Phi for filming, the amazing Gianti Giadi for the great ideas for intro/outro choreography with the Indonesian dancers and the breakdancers, the Montaj dance participants, and the Montaj crew for being so supportive and professional!
